Online video platform Dailymotion announced Wednesday that it has added a number of new shows to its library through content syndication agreements with creators such as Complex Media and Bedrocket’s Network A.
The Paris-based platform, which reaches more than 120 million unique visitors each month, also says it has syndication deals with AOL, DECA, Epic Meal Time, Maker Studios and Whalerock (formerly BermanBraun).
Network A, an online sports and adventure network, will provide shows including Garage Tours, hosted by formula drift champion Chris Forsberg.
Complex TV, which creates programming for young men, will syndicate more than 20 shows, including Complex News and music video series First Look.
“Our goal at Complex is to bring our premium original content to the male millennial audience, wherever they are watching,” said Nathan Brown, general manager of video at Complex. “We have a solid following, but partnering with Dailymotion is ideal for aggregating new audiences — not just in the U.S. but globally.”
Added Dailymotion COO Martin Rogard: “Dailymotion is the home for premium distribution, reaching a global audience. We offer a solution to content creators looking to place their premium content where the economics make the most sense.”
